What You'll Be Doing

  • General landscaping and labor tasks across multiple job sites
  • Travel between sites as part of a mobile crew across North Carolina
  • Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment
  • Follow all site safety protocols and PPE requirements
  • Keep the work area clean and safe throughout the day
  • Show up reliably and on time as part of the crew

What You'll Need

  • 1–2 years of general labor or landscaping experience
  • Steel‑toe boots and work gloves (own them or be ready to get them before your start date)
  • Comfortable traveling between job sites within North Carolina
  • Physically able to do outdoor manual labor, including standing, lifting, and working in different weather conditions
  • Authorized to work in the United States
