General Laborer — Landscaping Crew

Hands-on outdoor work with a mobile crew, steady weekly pay, and a real path to a permanent role. All tools and equipment are provided on site.

What you'll be doing

  • General landscaping and labor tasks across multiple job sites.
  • Travel between sites as part of a mobile crew across North Carolina.
  • Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Follow all site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe throughout the day.
  • Show up reliably and on time as part of the crew.

What you'll need

  • 1–2 years of general labor or landscaping experience.
  • Steel-toe boots and work gloves — own them or be ready to get them before your start date.
  • Comfortable traveling between job sites within North Carolina.
  • Physically able to do outdoor manual labor in different weather conditions.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
